Amir, Jan Sampark Samuh member works from behind the scenes, supporting purchases, cooking, packing, preparing distribution routes and volunteer lists, handling calls and responding to people in distress. Amir feels taken aback by the sudden lockdown and the roll out of the food crisis. Yet, he continues to work non-stop, learning from each day and preparing to respond to the looming crisis due to dwindling donors and lack of adequate government response. “We work day and night to feed as many people we can.
